Missed-call recovery UK trades
Missed-call recovery for UK trade businesses.
CallRelay is preparing one consent-led route for basic callback details after an unanswered call. The business still decides whether and when to call back.
Private pilot in preparation
Planned for pilot One clear hand-off
A short route to leave the basics.
CallRelay is deliberately narrow. It can collect basic callback context only after consent; the trade business keeps the decision.

Missed call
A caller hears your approved acknowledgement and the emergency boundary, then may press 1 to request one CallRelay service text.

You decide
Your approved destination receives one minimal notification. You decide whether and when to call back; no callback is guaranteed.
CallRelay does not diagnose, book or dispatch work and is not an emergency service.

Request a pilot reviewPlanned for pilot Scope and safeguards
A focused recovery, with clear boundaries.
CallRelay is a narrow missed-call hand-off for trade businesses. It remains in private-pilot preparation while provider and real-device evidence are completed.
What the planned pilot covers
Approved acknowledgement; consented callback route; basic caller context; one trader notification; documented pause and exit.
What it does not do
Emergency response; diagnosis; booking or dispatch; callback promise; CRM/AI; marketing sequence.
If anyone is in immediate danger, call 999. Do not wait for CallRelay or a callback.
Plain answers Before you enquire
What a trade business should know.
These answers describe the current private-pilot-in-preparation position, not a generally available service.
Is CallRelay available now?
Not yet. CallRelay is preparing a limited private pilot. Planned behaviour still needs controlled provider and real-device evidence before any business uses it.
Can I keep my existing business number?
The intended setup keeps the business's usual number and uses an approved unanswered-call forwarding route to a dedicated CallRelay number. The exact route must be checked with the business's phone provider before a pilot.
What does CallRelay not do?
CallRelay is not an emergency service and does not diagnose, book, dispatch, promise a callback, replace a CRM or act as an AI receptionist.
What happens to caller data?
No customer pilot data may be processed yet. Before a live pilot, the exact fields, purpose, access, retention, deletion and data-processing agreement must be approved with the business.
How much will it cost?
No public package or price has been approved. Any pilot scope, usage limits, commercial terms, tax treatment and support boundary would be agreed before a paid service begins.
Private-pilot enquiry No commitment
Request a pilot review for your missed-call setup.
Tell us how unanswered calls are handled. CallRelay uses the details to assess private-pilot fit and reply. This is only an enquiry; it does not create a contract or guarantee a pilot place or response.
Not for emergencies: this form is not monitored as an emergency channel and no response time is promised.
