Cookie-free page-view analytics

CallRelay uses Vercel Web Analytics to count visits to public pages. The current implementation sends page views only and does not write analytics cookies, local storage or session storage.

Before a page view is sent, the site's browser code removes the URL query string and fragment. It does not attach form fields, calculator values, phone numbers, email addresses or custom event properties. The analytics script loads only on callrelay.co.uk and www.callrelay.co.uk; it does not load on localhost, a Vercel Preview host or another host.

No advertising or behavioural tracking

CallRelay has not added advertising pixels, social-media trackers, session replay, behavioural profiles or custom conversion events. The private-pilot form and calculator have no analytics event hooks.

Calculator behaviour

The opportunity calculator runs locally in your browser. Changing its inputs does not send those values to CallRelay and the site does not store them between visits.

Pilot form behaviour

If you submit the pilot form, your browser sends the entered details to a CallRelay server function hosted by Vercel. The function validates the request and uses Resend to deliver it to the research inbox. If that request fails, the page offers an email link that you choose whether to open; it does not open your email application automatically.

The server adds a content-bound duplicate-prevention identifier to the Resend request. This identifier is not an analytics event and is not stored in your browser.

Hosting and technical information

Vercel hosts and protects the website, serves the page-view analytics script from the site's own origin, and may process technical request information under its own controls. This page-view request is separate from submitting the private-pilot form.

Browser controls

You can block JavaScript or the /_vercel/insights/script.js path in your browser. The site's core content and legal pages remain readable, although the calculator and form submission need JavaScript.

Future changes

If CallRelay later adds cookies, custom events, advertising, session replay or another browser technology, this notice and any required controls must be reviewed before that change is enabled.
