Who we are

CallRelay is an independent UK research project operated by Ish Nur. For privacy questions, contact research@callrelay.co.uk.

What we collect

The current website calculator runs in your browser. The pilot form opens your own email application; this page does not submit form data to a database. If you email us, we receive the information you choose to include, such as your name, business name, email address, phone number and message.

Why we use it

We use enquiries to understand whether missed-call response workflows are useful to UK plumbing businesses, reply to requests, and arrange pilot discussions where requested. We do not sell submitted information.

Retention and sharing

We keep enquiry emails only for as long as reasonably necessary to handle the request and assess the pilot. We may use email infrastructure providers to deliver messages. We do not send customer data to CallRelay through this research page.

Your rights

Depending on your circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or object to the use of your personal information. Email research@callrelay.co.uk with your request.

Changes

This notice may change as the pilot develops. The latest version will always be published here.
