Private pilot in preparation
This website explains a proposed missed-call recovery service for UK trade businesses and gathers private-pilot enquiries. CallRelay is not presenting the acknowledgement, callback-details route or trader notification workflow as a live or generally available customer service.
Opportunity calculator
The calculator applies the numbers you enter to a visible formula. Its results are illustrative only and do not promise recovered calls, jobs, revenue, savings or any other business result. Actual outcomes depend on factors CallRelay does not control.
Not an emergency service
CallRelay does not provide trade diagnosis, safety or emergency advice, and does not dispatch a tradesperson. Do not use this website or its enquiry form to request urgent help. If there is immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency service or a qualified professional.
Universal internal-test message: CallRelay internal test. CallRelay is not an emergency service. If anyone is in immediate danger, call 999 now. Do not wait for a text or callback in an emergency.
Additional gas-specific wording is available only under a separately approved gas-work safety profile. It is not CallRelay's universal product message and must not be used for an unrelated trade.
Pilot enquiries do not create a contract
Submitting an enquiry does not create a customer relationship, subscription, service commitment or response-time promise. Any future pilot scope, pricing, data-processing terms, safeguards and service limits would need to be agreed separately before work begins.
Internal Voice testing
CallRelay may separately conduct a bounded internal Voice test for technical validation. That test is not a public call-handling service, pilot entitlement or evidence that the proposed workflow is available. It does not record calls, store caller data in the application, or send email or SMS.
Twilio and Vercel technical test logs will be reviewed and, where provider controls allow, deleted within seven days. Any provider-controlled longer period must be documented before the test. No customer pilot data may be processed until a data-processing agreement and a separate caller-data retention schedule are agreed.
Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the website, attempt to bypass its safeguards, submit information that you are not authorised to share, include another person's customer or emergency details, or use the site for unlawful activity.
Availability and changes
The research website is provided without a promise of uninterrupted availability. Its pages, calculator assumptions and proposed workflow may change as the research develops.
External services and links
The site uses third-party hosting and email-delivery infrastructure and may link to external websites. CallRelay does not control the availability or content of those external services.
